Elsie Normington is an inspirational motivator who lives in the Highlands of Scotland. Her adult son Andrew has a learning disability, which changed her life forever, working through depression and many challenges through the childhood years. She went from being a private piano teacher to a local and national influencer, lobbying for better services for disabled children and adults.
In 1995 she developed a project called SNAP for disabled children and subsequently developed other charitable groups: the Highland Children’s Forum; Prospects Inverness and ‘Women Influencing Change’. She delivers Training & Development Projects, Community Singing Groups and 1:1 Life Coaching inspiring others in all walks of life.
Elsie is persistent in her mission to see people from all social backgrounds break through barriers and pursue their potential in life.
